I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but since I found Glenn Dental! Every visit is pleasant. Dr. Seng has done two crowns for me, and I adore her! Dr. Seng is gentle, compassionate, and takes pride in her work. Lily, the dental assistant, is so sweet, caring, and professional. She did an amazing job on my temporary crown, so good that I had forgotten it was temporary because it looked that nice. The actual crown is comfortable and looks like all my other teeth. I cannot say enough great things about this dental office and especially about Dr. Seng and Lily.

Had a fantastic experience here the other day. Had a root canal done, which everyone knows is a pain in the butt! It took almost three hours of work! Shoutout to the amazing staff, they made those three hours go by in a breeze. Very nice and funny people. Specifically Dr. Lilly and Dr. Sang made the experience great! No one truly likes going to the dentist...let's be honest...but they made the experience way better than anywhere else! 1000% recommend!

Dr. Glenn has been my dentist for years and I have always been happy with the service. This is the first time I have decided to write a review. I currently have a temporary bridge that has fallen out twice! I went in today, desperate, because I needed to get to work. The office squeezed me in between patients and Kevin, the technician helping me was AWESOME!! he knew exactly what to do, evened out the bridge and cemented it. It's only been a few hours, but I can really tell the difference. He talked me through everything he was doing, and I was in and out with not much pain. Dr. Glenn, Kevin is a keeper!

Updating on my "Trudenta treatment" for TMJ/face/sinus/ear pains from decade of clenching/night grinding. 90% headaches/migraines stopped .....if forget to wear orthotic nightguard dull headpain but overall almost NORMAL!!! No more living w/pain. Old amalgam filling broke off while home.....don't have dental insurance but in June my first visit "special cleaning promo" free sign-up to their "INHOUSE Savings Plan($59/yr)" so got that done for $190 half OFF....4 faced composite(!) They don't advertise and I was happy they use composite. No toxic metals. Every 2-3 months Trudenta maintenance visit....FULL treatment w/Nicole, Trudenta specialist + review everything (jaw exercises again) my progress then Dr. Glenn reviews everything (ie: bite CATscan/necessary adjustments/manual adjustment of jaw...). I admit seeing Nicole/getting full treatment is like going to a spa. I feel renewed and she sends me home w/water....flush out toxins released from the treatment! Before I take off Nicole reminds me of exercises/Tens unit for home tx....continued care. If in time I feel the need to realign my teeth I'd consider Invisialign (noticed Glenn Dental is giving $1,500 off the price) but I am doing well for now. I have to say Dr. Glenn different in how he approaches dentistry w/his work, technology and exceptional techs/hygienists plus the workspace is beautiful, peaceful and calming. Thank you Glenn Dental!

Since my first cleaning decided to try TruDenta (TMJ treatment) while Invisalign was another option. No other dentist has ever evaluated me to this capacity. I did TruDenta evaluation and was impressive /comprehensive....state of the art technology I must say. I am not into lot of technology.I felt skeptical but felt desperate to feel better. I wanted noninvasive/drug-free and TruDenta is. Wondered if 5 yrs of pain from decade of clenching/grinding in sleep would suddenly go away. I've seen neurologist/dentists (nightguards) /audiologists /ENT/acupuncture/ osteopathic manipulation/cranial sacral/acupressure to get rid of 24/7 headaches /jaw/ear/facial pains/tinnitus/freq, vertigo & dizziness. 2nd week of treatment and wearing 1 wk of orthotic night guard/rehabilitative I noticed my bite better, my jaw relaxed in the back! I like wearing it and woke up without headaches.Nicole is the TruDenta technician....awesome! She understood my complicated pain. Skilled, experienced, informative, compassionate, and kind. On 7 out of 12 treatment where each treatment comprising ultra sound, cold laser, trigger pt massage, tens units and Nicole remeasures my bite/journal weekly progress manually/technologically then Dr. Glen reviews/does a manual adjustment of my jaw.I don't know if my tinnitus will go away but for now I am happy I am having far less headaches daily. Going in for the treatment is like going to a spa treatment to be pampered....! Thank you Dr. Glen and Nicole!!!!I like the vibe there and staffs are nice. Having lived in LA 32 yrs and was concerned but happy to have Glen Dental taking care of me:)

I had a major fear of going to the dentist my entire life however, Dr.Glenn and his team have completely changed my view of dentists and their practice. The team at Glenn dental are incredible and are ready to go to every length possible to make sure they run the best practice in the desert. One thing that dissuaded me at first was that every reviewer said they were more expensive than most dentist offices but I went all over SoCal and found that their prices are the average and yet they still deliver above average 11/10 service. Dr.Glenn and his team helped me get my confidence back and there was not a single time after having a root canal, a deep cleaning and having another invasive procedure done that I left sore or that they didnt have my best interest as their end goal. Thank you Dr.Glenn and thank you to your amazing team, I appreciate you guys and your hospitality so much.

I've been driving 2.5 hrs to my dentist in Sandiego from high desert. Decided to try out Glenn Dental for cleaning and had a GREAT visit. Emily my hygienist was impressive....on many levels. Before cleaning Emily went thorough on my mouth (measured pocket depth, pics & scans of entire mouth to assimilate for full assessment by Dr. Glen, x-rays... & cleaning) while attending to my Qs 300%. I was surprised and I've had handful of dentists/hygienists. I've been struggling w/chronic pain due to past clenching & grinding causing structural/pain issues (5 yrs ongoing) and while Emily putting all my data together realized Dr. Glen might help me get better. Emily was highly skilled and cleaning was also....skilled and kind. It felt like it was a corroboration between Emily doing her intake/cleaning and Dr. Glen accessing my situation with her quality of work. I have seen allopathic & alternative docs without solution yet. Dr. Glen felt invisalign would be the right solution....even with their discount is still lot of money but I have to try and see if this will end my ongoing chronic pain in my ears/head/face/jaw....ugh.I have to say I also like the staffs.....they were efficient, not fussy, to the point and professional. Yeah, I did like their place which made me a bit nervous but I thought the charge was reasonable. I lived in LA for 30 yrs, 5 yrs in Sandiego....and feel the prices are comparative. I don't have dental insurance because it's not worth it. I like that Glenn Dental has in-house savings plan. Works for me.I was really impressed with Emily's skills, mannerism and professionalism. Dr. Glenn I also appreciated his straight forwardness in my issues/solution.......I found Emily and Dr. Glenn both to be authentic in what they do.

This is a great Dental office. Dr Glenn has an extremely easy hand. He performed 2 root canals on me on different occasions and each time i was able to go to work right afterwards with no discomfort. He saved my natural tooth that had a lumineer. Flawless and excellent work; truly a cosmetic and caring dentist. He listens to what his patients want.The appointment process was easy to schedule over the phone . I filled out my medical history on a touch screen in their reception area. Everyone was so professional and polite.The office was immaculate and comfortable. His fees are reasonable, too. You can’t find anything better in every respect.Thank you Dr. Glenn and entire staff! From the moment I stepped into this office I was blown away by the level of professionalism and attentiveness. I booked my first appointment with Dr. Joy for veneers because I wasn't completely satisfied with my smile. Dr. Joy reassured me that it was a very simple, painless procedure and she was right! I was so comfortable and they made me feel like like family. I am absolutely in love with my new smile and I have Dr. Joy to thank! Fast forward: Today I took my special needs daughter in because she's been complaining about her teeth hurting. The last time she seen the dentist (another location) they tried to hold her hands so she wouldn't fight them (we see why that didn't work out). I was enlightened by the kindness that was shown to my daughter. They made a point to show her everything they were going to do and made it fun and exciting, giving her high fives and making her laugh. I will only come to this office and I'm so grateful that they made this experience fun and she's even excited to go back! The best part, she had no cavities!

The office staff is amazing and the office is clean and hi-tech! Very professional! This Saturday my veneer (not done by Glenn dental) fell off I called the office at 1pm on a weekend and they got me in... by 2pm my veneer was back on! My son has been treated by Glenn Dental for years for his under bite and braces. I'm pleased with the people there and their professionalism that they display. Everyone is just so happy and friendly there. Parents can sit next to their child and watch what's going on, and ask the Doc and his associates questions should you have any at the time. This was a great experience! I hate going to the dentist and try to avoid it at all costs. My wife scheduled the appointment for me and I am so glad she did. Kara Moody was my hygienists and not only was she great to work with, she educated me and explained every step. All the new technology was amazing. Dr.Joy was very helpful. She really set me at ease and gave a full and useful explanation that allowed me to make decisions about my personal dental health. Jennifer at the front desk was truly awesome as well. She listened to me and helped me through the logistics of two insurances. When I left I felt great and look forward to going back soon! That’s never happened!

First, my daughter had sought a good dentist on the High Desert for years. She had bad experiences everywhere she went, including some dentists creating the need for more dental work--downright professional malpractice.Then she found Glenn Dental and recommended them. To fix a problem left by another dentist in another area, I thought I would have to spend $1000s. Instead, Dr. Joy fixed the problem for less than 10% of what I expected, included several revisits.The office is an architectural treasure. It is clean and the staff all personable and professional. Everything speaks of going beyond expectations.Dr. Joy's care for the individual, manifest professional excellence, and all the other factors make Glenn Dental the best dentist I have known.

I am DEATHLY afraid of the dentist. I am the dummy who waits until a tooth is KILLING her and she has no choice but to go. My experiance was excellent at Glen Dental! I Checked in sat down and was called back in less then 5 minutes. Tara double checked my health history and took X-rays quickly. She was kind ,gentle and informative about what toothpaste to use and some advise on how to clean and brush better. She was very personable and pleasant. I've been going to Glenn Dental for about 8 years. The staff has always been great and Dr. Glenn and Dr. Joy are always so gentle and pleasant. The front office is calming and you don't feel you're at the dentist. The back areas where the dental work is done are always very clean and all their equipment and tools always look to be up to date with technology. I used to have a phobia of dentist, but they've been so great at Glenn Dental, that it doesn't really affect me anymore.

I have really enjoyed my first day at the dental office they get you in get you out offer coffee they have magazines to read hardly any wait time. Staff is nice they work in proficient manner I love that I do not have to drive 60 miles to a dentist. Instead of filing up paper work they give you I pad tablet and it's fast. Customer service is above and beyond at this dental practice - from the front desk to the practitioners - everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dental services are conducted in a timely manner and procedures are explained very clearly prior to taking place. Once the service is completed, the technician will make your next appointment then walk you back to the front desk for check out. Just had 2 old bridges replaced , Dr Joy and her assistant Lily, were so gentle and helped me relax. Dr Joy made me feel calm and kept asking how I was between shots ( made sure I was numb) and between drilling, etc. checked on how I was doing the whole time! She was very good at admin the shots, and Lily went out of her way to make me comfortable during the procedures. She was also excellent at making my temp bridge. It wasn't rough and actually had ridges and surfaces. They did not rush but also because of their great team work and expertise, finished a lot quicker than I expected. The front desk staff are always very nice as well! Left there feeling great! Not what you would expect after seeing the dentist! I am very grateful we have such a great dental office with quality and exceptional services in the high desert. My son also has Invisalign procedures and Dr Glenn is great too! So nice as are his assistance!!!!

Dr Joy is wonderful and both she and Dr Glenn go above and beyond with our entire family.My son has one of the most complicated Ortho cases, and Dr Glenn has been so thoughtful and creative in his approach to keep him from having serious problems down the road, as well as losing permanent teeth. His treatment plan saved my son from really having an issue.I wouldn't recommend any other dentist up here for adults. We switched the kids here just because of location, and have not regretted it. The kids miss their old dentist (he was equally awesome!), but having ortho and dentist in the same office, close to our house, makes it easier with how much time we spend here.Our family appreciates this staff and their care and attention!

I'm a huge fan of the staff, I told them I would have to give them a good review because, well I'll tell you.Last three times I was scheduled to go, I had to reschedule, which I did the same day. Which happens. The second time, I no called no-show, which resulted in me rescheduling again. And the last time I was late, but the staff doesn't make me feel any less of myself, even though I would hate to have me as a client. lol So shout out to Juan in Ortho, great dude. I am a person who use to have severe dental anxiety coupled with absolutely horrible dental experiences in my lifetime. Between unprofessional dentists with zero listening skills and zero bed side manner to dental staffs who treated my dental care with the same upselling tactics you would find on a used car lot weekend special. To begin, the dental office is aesthetically jaw dropping. The most beautifully laid out dental office I have ever seen. Great job to whoever designed the office. From the time you walk inside to the time you walk out all you see is first class, state of the art dental equipment everywhere. It was very impressive and noticeable. But equipment is nothing without the right people to operate them. Dr. Joy is hands down the most patient oriented Dentist/Doctor I have ever had. I was a nervous wreck and in incredible pain which usually doesn't leave me with much patience to deal with dentists. Dr. Joy made my anxiety disappear with her from-the-heart bedside manner. She focused on me by listening to my concerns and worries and talking with me in a manner that was both reassuring and professional. As she began to work on my teeth, she took special care to communicate with me about the procedure every step of the way. It made a tremendous difference being spoken with and not spoken to as has always been my experience with dentists. She focused on making sure I was informed and comfortable about the work being performed and to prepare me for the next step in her treatment. Her manner of communication immediately replaced my fears and anxiety with calming reassurance and most importantly TRUST. The dental staff including the great x-ray tech/ dental hygienist who first worked with me before seeing Dr. Joy and during my procedure to the dental administrative staff members I encountered were patient oriented and memorably professional! I would say Glenn Dental is the Nordstrom's of Dentistry when it comes the level of dental and professional services provided! I highly recommend Glenn Dental. I can't say enough positive words about Glen Dental, the staff and especially Dr. Joy. They are amazing! They are always patient with me, as I require special care. They go above and beyond their duty. I am extremely nervous having dental work performed because I have a brain injury; however, Dr. Joy and her team are always alert to my medical condition and compassionate to my sensitivity and issues, even crying with me at times. I wouldn't visit another dental, as they have made me comfortable at their office. Even after moving out of the area, I still drive from down the hill to visit them. Thank you for being so caring and becoming an important asset to my health care team.

Like most real men, I do not go to the dentist unless I have to. Nor do I regularly go like women do. I had to go due to a broken tooth and a root canal needed and was worked on by Dr. Joy. Dr. Joy gave me two shots of whiskey, stuck her knee on my chest, then gave me a quick back hand slap to my left cheek to make sure I was numb. She then grabbed a pair of needle nosed pliers, a file, and channel locks and started working on my two teeth! (ok guys, just fun'in-burp). After Dr. Joy did the root canal and the temporary mold for the crown, I walked out of there thinking of my first experience here. I can truly say that my first visit here was "pleasant." Now, who can say that after major dental work! Just left from my second visit to have the permanent crown set. Once seated, the assistant did an x-ray, removing the temporary filling, installed the permanent crown and the next thing I remember, is Dr. Joy tapping me on the shoulder telling me I'm all done. No pain, no discomfort, no jack. Returning soon to get my regular check-up and cleaning like I'm supposed to.

My mom referred me to Glenn Dental one day because I had a toothache. I was going out of town for a conference for work and was afraid of it getting to bad while I was gone. I called the office and they got me in first thing the next morning. Dr. Alex was super nice and made me feel really comfortable (what I failed to mention at the beginning of this review is that I am SUCH A CHICKEN when it comes to the dentist!) He put a temporary "filling" in my tooth to reduce the sensitivity and aching so I was able to go away for a week without any mouth trouble. When I returned I came in for a root canal and crown. He was so gentle and made the experience the best it could be! I'm so thankful for Dr. Alex and Elizabeth... and all the modern technology Glenn Dental has!! They put a big dent in my phobia of the dentist! I will not go anywhere else!P.S. The decor is amazing!! So fancy!!

My family loves Glen dental so very much. They are efficient, friendly & professional. We drive an hour away from our home to go here but it's not a big deal because they have Saturday hours and can see all 3 of us at the same time for our semi-annual exams (AWESOME TIME SAVER)My son got invisaligns and it's been great too. We were quoted an approximate time of a year but, because they are so proactive in the testing the wear time and because my kid has been super responsible about wearing them, it's been about 9 months and he's done!They listen and give you options... I didn't want a permanent retainer in my son's mouth because they are hard to clean and get gross etc... they immediately came up with a better option of an overnight invisalign retainer.Dr. Glenn and his staff aren't judgmental or make you feel badly about your teeth (I have less than perfect myself) I never felt like I was being put down, like I have with other offices. It's purely facts and assiments; it's the way all doctors should strive to be.

I'm pretty tough to impress, but i was wowed this time.Called Friday afternoon after my tooth came apart as i was chewing gum. Was told i could get in Saturday morning at 9:30. Called another dentist/friend and left a message.Dr. Glenn's office is pretty amazing. on the hillside in Apple Valley, this modern chateau sticks out like a sore thumb. as you enter the double glass doors, you feel like you're in the lobby of a Beverly Hills plastic surgery center and immediately think "oooooh crap...... this is gonna be pricey".The receptionist had a warm greeting; not lame, and being as i was 4 minutes early i could take a seat.at 9:30 on the button, i was taken to my private room where i was gently cared for as x-rays were taken. The conversation was light, but not schmarmy and i watched TV on my own private flat screen, with telescoping mount and 100 channels.Dr. Glenn came in, told me i needed a filling and that was it. $160, including the x-rays. Now mind you, $160 may seem like alot of money to some people, but i was expecting to go in spending $3-4000!!By 11:15 i was walking out the door, new white filling, numbed lip and ready to chew some gum.I feel warm and fuzzy when i'm well taken care of like this, because its a rarity.

I must mention their office is gorgeous!! It's beautiful and chic, contemporary decor mixed with the best and latest technology. Thank you Dr. Glenn, Dr. Joy, and the staff at Glenn Dental for making me feel like a VIP patient. This was the first time I have ever had dental work done (never had cavities, nor needed any root canals, crowns, etc.), but about 8 hours ago I had oral surgery with some pretty difficult wisdom teeth impactions. Throughout the whole experience (prep, procedure, aftercare) I was made to feel comfortable. I suffer from anxiety, but they made me comfortable enough that I didn't even need "laughing gas" because I was comfortable and even laughing with them (no gas needed), I ended up doing the procedure fully awake and only had Novocain shots! I did of course have a lot of pressure on two of my wisdom teeth when they were pulling them, and it was a little scary, but they made sure they gave me more pain management whenever I was even hinting at pain or pressure. I cannot stress enough how pleasant and delightful everyone is here; this was only my second visit and I feel as if I'm treated like a friend! I am so thankful I was referred to them and I am telling everyone I know that they are the best in the west!

Yelp confession #1 I had massive staining on my teeth and I was embarrassed about it. I mean they were as stained as a Vegas hooker's bed sheets on a fight night weekend. Anyway, I went into Glenn Dental and I had them do a cleaning. My teeth looked brand new. They were so white, I figured that they'd glow in the dark. I was super impressed. The office is gorgeous, very shic and they offer water and coffee to their patients as they wait to be called into the back. The next day, I had to go back and get a crown replaced. They were classy and professional. While I was sitting in the chair, they had a flat screen over my head so that I could watch TV. There's a rumor going around that they have xbox360's in the kids rooms. Anyway, I'm watching some reruns of Monk while they are doing the work and the drill is drowning out the sound of the TV. They ask me how it's going and I tell Dr. Joy and sure enough, she turns up the TV before she reinvades my mouth. I experienced no pain after the initial injection. During the procedure, Dr. Joy was joking about giving me a massage after, except that she wasn't joking. After everything was over. She went ahead and gave me a neck and jaw rub that ended with a couple of hot presses. In 30 years of going to the dentist, I've never experienced something as complete of service of that. If my insurance ever stopped covering Glenn Dental, I think I would still come here, That's how good this place is.
